Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

Understanding Our Policies for Canceling and Rescheduling Lessons


Rescheduling Policy:
Parents are allowed to reschedule lessons up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. This can be done within the platform by the parent or teacher.  

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the teacher will be compensated for their time. To dispute a cancellation charge, parents must fill out a cancellation dispute form, providing justification for the cancellation

Justification for Cancellation: The cancellation dispute form must be submitted within 24 hours of the canceled appointment. Valid justifications for cancellation include emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or sudden illness. Each case will be reviewed individually, and decisions regarding cancellation charges will be made at the discretion of Connect Education Inc. 

Communication:
It is the responsibility of the parent to reschedule the lesson within the application and notify the teacher of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner. 

Exceptions:
Connect Education Inc. reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy in extraordinary circumstances. 

Changes to Policy:
Connect Education Inc. reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform.
